Orders & Shipping

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All Bar KH Silver Co. pieces are handcrafted and carefully prepared for shipment. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Yes. Shipping insurance is available at checkout and is strongly recommended. Bar KH Silver Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our hands without added insurance.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, Bar KH Silver Co. ships within the United States only.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your piece every step of the way.


Jewelry Care

How do I care for my turquoise jewelry?

Turquoise is a natural stone and should be treated with care. Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store your jewelry in a dry place when not in use.

Can I wear my jewelry every day?

Yes, with mindful wear. While Bar KH Silver Co. pieces are made for everyday life, removing jewelry during heavy activity will help preserve their beauty for years to come.

Why does my turquoise look different from the photos?

Each stone is natural and one of a kind. Variations in color, matrix, and texture are part of what makes your piece unique.


Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Gift Cards

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Bar KH Silver Co. gift cards are available and delivered digitally via email.

Do gift cards expire?

No,gift cards do not expire and can be used toward any available piece in the shop.


Custom & One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Do you offer custom orders?

Limited custom work may be available depending on the current workload. Please reach out through our contact form for inquiries.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Most pieces are truly one of a kind. Once a piece is sold, it will not be restocked,but new designs are always in the works.
