1. Processing & Handling Times

Because our jewelry is often handmade or part of specific collection drops, processing times may vary:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: These typically ship within 2–4 business days of your order confirmation.

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces: Please allow [6]–[12] weeks for production before your item is shipped.

  • Launch Days: During major website drops, please allow an additional 2 business days for processing due to high order volume.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS and UPS.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier volume, which are outside of our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

4. Signature Requirements & Insurance

To protect your investment:

  • High-Value Orders: Orders over $[Insert Amount, e.g., $300] may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Insurance: All shipments include basic tracking. If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance for a high-value piece, please contact us at barkhsilverco@gmail.com immediately after placing your order.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

Bar KH Silver Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • Damaged Items: If your jewelry arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

6. International Shipping
